Senior Tributes

Senior year is a HUGE deal to both the student and to you as a parent, family member or friend. We are offering special “senior recognition ads” in the yearbook. These ads will give parents, grandparents, music groups, sports teams, and clubs the opportunity to tell their graduate(s) congratulations and to show how proud of them you are in a special way.

 

Everything you need to know regarding prices, sizes, etc. can be found below or by clicking on 'Senior Tributes' at the top and looking at each menu on the dropdown.

NOTE

Senior ads will be done differently this school year. All ads will be custom created by you and submitted for placement in the book through AdBuilder on Balfour.com. Custom ads can be created by someone outside of AdBuilder but MUST be uploaded through AdBuilder. This guide will explain and show you how to create the ad.

 

All ads created MUST follow the guidelines outlined in the packet. All ads are reviewed by the yearbook staff, the yearbook staff reserves the right to refuse the placement of an ad created. No collage ads will be approved by the yearbook staff. 

PAYMENT DEADLINE 10/26/2022 

  • Payment due to secure spot in the yearbook 

  • There is a 24-hour wait period after purchase to upload materials

    • no payments accepted after this date to ensure enough time to upload materials​

FINAL DEADLINE 10/31/2022

  • ALL ad materials (payment, text and photos)​ due by 11:59 p.m. - no exceptions

    • Earlier submission is suggested as space is limited and filled on a first received-first assigned basis.

  • Make sure your senior photos are taken in time to meet the deadline if you plan to include them in your ad. 

    • Ads will not be delayed to wait for your senior photos.

    • We have deadlines to meet and to ensure you receive proof to approve the final product

    • Photo proofs will NOT be accepted

  • Your ad will be late if ALL materials are not submitted (even if you do not get confirmation)

  • Check your account after 24-hours to see if it is ready (DO NOT WAIT FOR EMAIL)

  • There is a $50 late fee for ALL late orders

NOTE

  • If your order is incomplete and/or received after the deadline, October 31, 2022, you will be placed on the waitlist (even 12:00 a.m. on 11/1) - NO EXCEPTIONS

  • All late submissions will be reviewed once all other ads are placed (remember, space is limited)

  • If space is available, a $50 LATE FEE will apply

    • ads will be placed in the order they were received (complete orders)

    • upon receiving the late fee payment
