Photo Guidelines​

All images submitted, including custom ads, must meet the guidelines (order is incomplete if they do not)

Do's

• Digital images ONLY

  • scan your hardcopy photos​

    • we cannot scan for you

• JPEG or TIFF file ONLY

• 300 PPI (pixel/inch) or higher​

• Photo release

  • for all other students in the photo

  • for ALL professional photos 

Don'ts

• Hard copy photos

  • Scan your hardcopy photos​

    • we cannot scan for you

• Proof photos from professional photographers ​

• Absolutely no PDF/Word/Publisher files can be used

• Custom collage of photos will not be accepted
