How to Order

Click here to order a senior ad + yearbook. YEARBOOKS ARE SOLD SEPARATELY, PLEASE ADD BOOK TO YOUR CART.

• Please put the order under your students' name, not yours.

• Please provide good contact information in the event we need to get in touch with you.

  • Please include a working email that you check regularly (this will be used to email proof)

 

Once you have placed an order and paid in full, you will receive an email regarding your senior ad account ​

• There is a 24-hour wait between ordering and uploading materials

• Once you receive this email, follow the directions to create your ad or upload your image if you created an ad in another program. 

  • All your materials will be collected online 

  • Please DO NOT email any ad materials​​

• In the event you do not receive an email after 24-hours, please go to Balfour and log in to see if it is ready​

  • DO NOT WAIT FOR EMAIL IF IT HAS BEEN 24-HOURS

Custom Ads are accepted upon approval 

1. Must be sent as a JPG

2. Must meet the Photo Guidelines (see drop-down)

3. Please refer to the ad sizes available for dimensions

 

REMEMBER: DEADLINE IS OCTOBER 26 FOR PAYMENT AND OCTOBER 31 COMPLETED AD - $50 LATE FEE IF RECEIVED AFTER 10/31
